With the 12 year old grey mare Velvet Brown, whose saddle he has only been in for a couple of days, he was immediately able to celebrate a great 3rd placing in their first international performance together.

Maria Viktoria took a well earned 5th place with her stallion Iber in the Grand Prix Qualifiers.

With Catoki's Clever, she went on to achieve a 8th place.

The day before, Annabel Joost and her horse Letkiss came 9th in the Gand Prix Qualifiers.

Today David was off to a good start in the CSI5*-W in Leipzig.

He took 6th place in the first Youngster Cup Qualifications with Casco.
